Baseera Khan: I Am an Archive celebrated Khan winning Brooklyn Museum’s UOVO Prize for emerging artists. It debuted four new bodies of work alongside key multi-media works made since 2017 that explore Khan’s body as a site of accumulations of experiences refracting Muslim and American narratives of economic exploitation, otherness and xenophobia, and protection and liberation.
